Drawing is prepared by architects in a traditional way using AutoCAD’s commands.

The drawing is then converted into standard format where user can use all AutoCAD commands to draw these entities on Pre-defined layers in PreDCR. PreDCR is a Software application (Drafting tool) used to create the architectural plan as per the requirement of Software ( AutoDCR ) which is used for scrutiny of plans. PreDCR utility works under AutoCAD environment with additional menu and toolbar.

Converted drawing is run on AutoDCR to establish relationship between various entities and map them with building rules.

AutoDCR reads CAD drawing and produces pre-scrutiny report, mapping all the development control rules of the authority to the drawing entities.

You can see the Pre-scrutiny report and submit the Pre-scrutinized drawing to corporation for final scrutiny and approval.
